Manifolds for heating systems & servo-controls

Ball valves with servo control are used in the above mentioned installations thanks to the following characteristics:

• Low flow resistence, see relevant diagrams. The hydrodynamic configuration of the downflow state in the ball valves guarantees the existence of the linear attitude of the motion, equivalent to a regeneration of the kinetics energy .
• Absence of blow-by. The chromed ball wheels rotates on PTFE gaskets of first transformation tghtened by efficient O-rings in EPDM that compensate eventual clearance, the consequence is to ensure the perfect tighteness in time even in presence of high differential pressure.
• Short and continuos move times. The rotation times for opening and closing the valves are the same. After only 6 seconds from the clusure of the thermostat switch the fluid begins to run in the circuit, most important fact in the heating systems with mural boilers, and prevents in this way the ebollition.
